Tom Sawyer’s production division has a diverse slate of projects. With a focus on smart, sophisticated material that appeals to both our eclectic taste and a wide commercial audience, we develop ideas in-house or from source material to create stories that are timeless, poignant and universal.
TSE’s first production, HAPPYTHANKYOUMOREPLEASE, written and directed by Josh Radnor (“How I Met Your Mother”), won the prestigious Audience Award at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. The film stars Radnor along with Malin Akerman, Kate Mara, Richard Jenkins, Zoe Kazan, Pablo Schreiber and Tony Hale.
TSE’s second feature, LIBERAL ARTS, also written and directed by Josh Radnor, stars Radnor, Elizabeth Olsen, Richard Jenkins and Allison Janney. The film will premiere at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival.
